What is Files? 
File functions are used to allocated manipulate read, write and append functionalities on a file system. File is handling through pointers in c, it is allocated the memory for file handing using FILE derived datatype.

fopen() - Used to open a file system using file location and different open modes to do read, write or append to a file.
fclose() - It is used to close the file.
