How to make Veg Biriyani in Indian style in Veg/Non Veg Biriyani Receipes of Indian Style Recipes
Why Veg Briyani 
Vegetable Biriyani is a Sounth Indian style traditional receipe and famous in tamilnadu. Recipe can be prepared within 10 mins and will be very tasty. For new learners, veg briyani is more recommendable dish to try.
Step 8: 
Serve it with onion pachadi.
Veg Biriyani Presentation  
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Cinnamon 1 inch
3 Cloves 3 -4
4 Bay leaves 2
5 Onion 1 chopped
6 Tomato 1 chopped
7 Beans 50 gms
8 carrot 50 gms
9 Potato 50 gms
10 Ginger and garlic paste 1/2 tsp
11 Gram masala 1/2 tsp
12 Chili powder 1 tblsp(or to taste)
13 Rice 2 cup(Soaked in water for 1 hr)
14 Ghee to taste
15 Salt to taste
Step 1:  
Heat the pressure cooker add oil to it.
Step 2: 
Add Cinnamon,Cloves,Bay leaves and fry it.
Step 3:  
sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.
Step 4: 
Add tomato together with Ginger Garlic paste, chili powder, gram masala and salt to taste.
Step 5:  
Fry and add beans, carrot and potato to it.Add soaked rice to it and fry it gently for 1 min.
Step 6:  
Add two cup of water and add Ghee and more salt if needed.
Step 7:  
Close the cooker and turn off the stove after 3 whistles.
