How to make Paruppu Sadam in Indian Style

Why Paruppu Sadam  
Paruppu Sadam is a Sounth Indian style traditional receipe and famous in tamilnadu. Recipe can be prepared in 20 mins.
Ingredients  
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
3 Curry leaves to taste
4 Fennal seeds 1/4 tsp
5 Onion 1 chopped
6 Paruppu 1 cup
7 Tomato 1 chopped
8 Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
9 Green Chilli 1 Piece
10 Garlic 3 pieces
11 Rice 1 cup
12 Ghee 1 tsp
13 Salt to taste
Step 1: 
Heat the pressure cooker add oil to it.
Step 2:  
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,Garlic,Fennal seeds,Tumeric,sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.
Step 3:  
Add tomato,paruppu,green chilli,ghee,salt and add rice and let it fry for 2-3 mins.
Step 4:  
Add two cup of water and add  more salt if needed.
Step 5: 
Close the cooker and turn off the stove after 3 whistles.
