Spicy Pepper Chicken Fry is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Chicken Fry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/rice.

Step 1:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.

Step 2:
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.

Step 3:
Add Ginger-garlic paste,Green chilli pieces,tumeric powder,Salt and let it fry for 2-3 mins.

Step 4:
Add chicken to the mixture and fry it for low flame for 20 mins.
|
Step 5:
Grind Cocount and pepper together and add it to mixture and fry it until dry.

Step 6:
Serve it with chapathi/rice.
