How to make Spicy Chicken Liver Fry Recipe in Indian style

Why Liver Fry 
Liver Fry is a Sounth Indian style traditional receipe and famous in tamilnadu. Recipe will be very tasty with chappathi, poori and roti recipes.
Ingredients 
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Liver 500 Gms
3 Ginger and garlic paste 1/2 tsp
4 Turmeric 1/4 tsp
5 Chili powder 1 tsp(or to taste)
6 Salt to taste
Step 1: 
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
Step 2: 
Add Liver with Ginger Garlic paste, chili powder and turmeric powder.
Step 3:  
Fry and Cover it with a lid along with little water.
Step 4: 
Let it cook on low flame for 30 minutes and add more salt if needed.
Step 5:  
Serve it with Chapatti/Poori/Roti.
