How to make Spicy Mutton Gravy in Indian style
Why Spicy Mutton Gravy 
Spicy Mutton Gravy is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Mutton Gravy basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/rice.
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
3 Onion 1 chopped
4 Tomato 1 chopped
5 Garlic- Ginger 1 tsp
6 Curry leaves to taste
7 Coriander powder 1 tsp
8 Chill powder 1 tsp
9 Gram masala 1/2 spoon
10 Cocount paste 1/2 cup
11 Mutton 500 gms
12 Tumeric powder 1 tsp
13 Salt to taste

Step 1: 
Pressure cook the Mutton, Turmeric powder, Chili powder and cook it for 6 whistles on high.
Step 2:  
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
Step 3:  
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.
Step 4: 
Add tomato, Ginger-garlic paste,Gram masala,Salt and let it fry for 2-3 mins.
Step 5:  
Add pressure cooked mixture to it and add Coriander powder,cocount paste.
Step 6: 
Let it fry on high flame for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7:  
Serve it with chapathi/rice.
