Why Kothu Parotta
Kothu Parotta is a Sounth/North Indian style receipe. Recipe will be very tasty.

Step 1:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.

Step 2:
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves, sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.

Step 3:
Add tomato,Chilli powder,Egg,fry it for 5 - 10 mins.
|
Step 4:
Add Parotta(make it to small pieces),Chicken Gravy to that mix and fry it for 5 mins until dry and add more salt as required.Avoid adding water to it.

Step 5:
Serve it with Chicken fry.
