How to make Spicy Karunai Kilangu Chilli in Indian Style
Why Spicy Karunai Kilangu Chilli  
Karunai Kilangu Chilli is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Karunai Kilangu Chilli basically spicy in taste.
1 Oil as required
2 Chill powder 3 tsp
3 Karunai Kilangu 500 gms
4 Tumeric powder 1 tsp
5 Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
6 Salt to taste
Step 1:  
Boil the Karunai Kilangu for 10 mins.
Step 2: 
Make it into small pieces.
Step 3: 
Marinate Karunai Kilangu with Tumeric powder,Ginger-Garlic paste, chilli powder, salt to taste and keep it aside for 60 mins.
Step 4: 
Deep fry it wih Oil.
