How to make Cheese and Spring Onion Paratha in Indian Style
Why Cheese and Spring Onion Paratha 
Cheese and Spring Onion Paratha is a north Indian style traditional receipe.Cheese and Spring Onion Paratha basically spicy in taste and will be very good with Raita.
1 Oil 2 spoons
2 Wheat Flour 1 tsp
3 Spring Onion 1/2 cup
4 Green chilli 2 chopped
5 Cumin seeds 1 tsp
6 Coriander leaves to taste
7 Cheese 1/2 cup
8 Salt to taste
Step 1: 
Mix wheat flour with water,oil and salt.Keep it aside for 10 mins.
Step 2: 
Mix cheese,spring onion,Green chilli,cumin,coriander leaves together and keep small portion filling at the center of flour. Now bring the sides of the circle towards the center to enclose the filling completely and roll it gently to make a paratha.
Step 3: 
Heat the Thava add oil to it.
Step 4: 
Place the rolled paratha gently on it and cook on both sides, using oil or ghee till the parathas are golden brown.
Step 5: 
Serve it with Raita.
