How to make Spicy Mutton Fry in Indian style
Why Spicy Mutton Fry  
Spicy Mutton Fry is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Mutton Fry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/rice.
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
3 Cinnamon 1 inch
4 Cloves 3-4
5 Small Onion 1/4 cup
6 Garlic- Ginger pieces 1 tsp
7 Pepper to taste
8 Chill powder 1 tsp
9 Cocount paste 1/4 cup
10 Mutton 200 gms
11 Salt to taste
Step 1:  
Grind Cinnamon,Cloves,Garlic- Ginger pieces,pepper,Cocount paste into fine paste.
Step 2: 
Pressure cook the mutton pieces,small onion,grinded paste,salt,water for 5 whistles.
Step 3: 
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
Step 4: 
Add mustard seeds,the cooked mixture and fry it for low flame until dry.
Step 5: 
Serve it with chapathi/rice.
