Why Spicy Pepper Mutton Fry
Spicy Mutton Pepper Fry is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Mutton Fry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/rice.

Step 1:
Pressure cook the mutton pieces,small onion,Tumeric powder,salt,water for 5 whistles.

Step 2:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
|
Step 3:
Add mustard seeds,Garlic- Ginger paste fry it in low flame.
|
Step 4:
Then add cooked mixture with pepper and fry it until dry.
|
Step 5:
Serve it with chapathi/rice.
