Why Spicy Mutton Sukka
Spicy Mutton Sukka is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Mutton Fry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi.

Step 1:
Pressure cook the mutton pieces with water,grinded Ginger garlic paste,Tumeric powder,Coriander powder,One green chilli,salt,water for 20 whistles.

Step 2:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
|
Step 3:
Add mustard seeds,chopped onion,Ginger to it and fry for 5 mins.

Step 4:
Add cooked mixture,curry masala and green chilli fry it for low flame until dry
|
Step 5:
Add pepper as per taste to make it spicy.

Serve 6:
Serve it as side dish.
