Veg Kurma is a Sounth Indian style traditional receipe and famous in tamilnadu. Recipe will be very tasty with chappathi, poori and roti recipes.

Step 1:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
|

Step 2:
Add mustard seeds and Sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.
|
|
Step 3:
Add tomato together with Ginger Garlic paste,Green chili,Curry leaves and Turmeric powder.
|

Step 4:
Grind Cinnamon Stick,Cloves,Coconut,Rosted Gram to paste.
|

Step 5:
Add paste and sauté it and cover it with a lid along with little water.
|
|
Step 6:
Let it cook on low flame for couple minutes and add more salt if needed.

Step 7:
Serve it with Chapatti or poori.
