How to make Gobi-Cauliflower Gravy in Indian style
Why Gobi/Cauliflower Gravy 
Gobi/Cauliflower Gravy is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Gobi/Cauliflower Gravy basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/poori.
1 Oil 2 spoons
2 Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
3 Onion 1 chopped
4 Tomato 1 chopped
5 Gobi/Cauliflower 100 grams
6 Curry leaves to taste
7 Coriander leaves to taste
8 Chill powder 1/2 spoon
9 Gram masala 1/2 spoon
10 Cocount milk to taste
11 Salt to taste
Step 1: 
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
Step 2:  
Add the mustard seeds, sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden Brown.
Step 3:  

Add tomato ,chilli powder,Gram masala ,Gobi/Cauliflower,salt fry it and then add curry and corinader leaves.

Step 4:  
Let it fry on low flame for couple minutes and add Cocount milk to it and then fry for 2-3 mins.
Step 5:  
Serve it with chapathi/poori.
